1) Take turns role playing travel agent and customer.

a) Your customer's favourite season and why it is their favourite season
b) Your customer's favourite activities in their favourite season and why
c) Who your customer would like to do these activities with and why

Look at the pictures of activities the agency offers and explain your activity preference(s). You can talk about other activities if your preferences are not included in the pictures.

3) Based on your customer's responses, make an internet search to find a travel destination/a holiday spot where your customer can relax and do their favourite activities.
4) Present your internet search to your customer and explain why you think s/he would enjoy this holiday spot/travel destination.
Travel Agency

Make a note of your customer's responses (on a piece of paper or on a word document). a) Your customer's favourite season and why it is their favourite season b) Your customer's favourite activities in their favourite season and why c) Who your customer would like to do these activities with and why
