Instructions

You are going to participate in a debate competition with your partner. The debate will be focusing on whether "face-to-face learning settings" or "online learning settings" are better for the students. For this debate competition, you have to prepare a letter of application to the organizing committee by picking one of the learning settings and defending it with reasons and arguments. You will follow a Think-Pair-Share procedure to prepare that letter of application. THINK: You will think about which learning setting is better from your perspective. PAIR: You will discuss your thoughts with your partner about your favorite learning settings and agree on one of them (face-to-face or online). SHARE: You will write a letter of application for the debate competition together. While writing your letter of application, you have to defend your agreed learning setting and include the following points;

1- Why did you choose this learning setting as your favorite ("face-to-face "or "online") and what are its conditions?

2- What are the negative sides of the learning setting that you are defending against?
